The Site and all of its materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively, “Materials” ) are protected by copyright laws and are property of Citta Activewear. All Materials are provided through the Site as a service to its current and prospective visitors and may be used only for personal and informational purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. No right, title or interest in Citta Acitvewear Materials is conveyed to you. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Site or any of its Materials without our prior written permission; you may not access or use the Site for any competitive or commercial purpose; nor may you permit any copying of our Materials. Limited License
You are permitted to share Material or Content provided through the Site on social media sites such as Facebook, and Instagram, or similar services. This permission is a limited license to use the Content and Materials solely for such purposes and does not represent a transfer of title in any Citta Activewear Materials or Content.

You may browse this Site and all associated content solely for your personal use and enjoyment. This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Mobile and Website
We make our website available in a mobile-friendly format, as well (our “Mobile Site”). All mobile phones that have Internet access can make use of the Mobile Site. Users with mobile phones that have this access also have the option to view the full html website that is available on your PC. You should be aware that some of the special pricing and promotions offered on the full html website or in store may not show up on the Online Shop or Mobile Site.
Shopping Online; Product and Pricing Information
In order to shop on this Site, simply select the product you want to purchase, the desired quantity, and click “ADD TO BAG.” When you’ve completed shopping, click the “CHECKOUT” button and follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click “PLACE ORDER”, after which your order will be processed. After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation within 1 hour after your order has been submitted. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via e-mail for assistance. On occasion, information on this Site may contain errors, including, without limitation, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product availability, special offers, product promotions, pricing information, product descriptions, or product shipping charges and transit times. Citta Activewear reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on this Site is inaccurate. Products offered through this Site are offered subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure that product and pricing information is current and complete, we are not liable for inaccurate information or for any information that has been omitted or is out of date. Prices for products and services are quoted in Canadian Dollars. We may, from time to time, offer promotions for shipping and other discounts on purchases. We reserve the right to suspend any such promotions, update product information, change prices and adjust shipping and handling fees at any time without notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change, limit, refuse, or cancel any order you place with us in our sole discretion. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. By entering into any transaction through this Site, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is true and correct (including, without limitation your credit card information and billing address), that any credit card transactions submitted by you are authorized, and that you are the legal holder of any credit card or payment account used to enter into any transaction through this Site. Usage of Coupon Codes/Discount Codes
Limited one (1) time use per coupon and/or discount code per customer. Discounts will be applied at checkout. Online offers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Not valid to combined with any promotional offers. If you forget to use your discount code on an order, please contact us within 24 hours to have it applied to your order. Beyond the 24 hour time frame, discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.
Miscellaneous
We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you and without your express consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
